How to Implement
Progress Report

Main projects are expected to submit a Progress Report on a six-monthly basis. The reporting periods are 1st April to 30th September and 1st October to 31st March.

A complete Progress Report consists of two parts:

  • Activity Report - report on progress made on project implementation
  • Project Claim - formal declaration of project expenditure in order to receive NPP co-financing (ERDF or ERDF equivalent)

The current reporting period has an end date of the 30th of September 2009. Projects approved in the First, Second and Third Call will be expected to submit a Progress Report by the deadline of the 31st of January 2010.
