How to Implement
Progress Report

Main projects are expected to submit a Progress Report on a six-monthly basis. The reporting periods are 1st April to 30th September and 1st October to 31st March.

A complete Progress Report consists of two parts:

  • Activity Report - report on progress made on project implementation
  • Project Claim - formal declaration of project expenditure in order to receive NPP co-financing (ERDF or ERDF equivalent)

The current reporting period has an end date of the 31st March 2012. Projects approved in Calls 3-7 are expected to submit a Progress Report by the deadline of the 31st July 2012.

Instructions on how to use the different templates can be found in Part 2 of the Programme Manual.
