The Department of Finance in association with the BMW and Southern & Eastern Regional Assemblies is organising a one day seminar aimed at assisting promoters in Ireland with the development of cooperation projects and offering practical guidance in applying to the respective programmes.

Ireland is eligible to participate in a total of 6 INTERREG programmes involving cross border, transnational and interregional cooperation over the period 2007-2013. This seminar will deal with the Atlantic Area, Northern Periphery, North West Europe and Interreg IVC programmes. The Special EU Programmes Body based in Northern Ireland will also be in attendance to facilitate the cross border development of transnational and interregional projects.
