The Programme Secretariat organised a seminar on how to apply for the Fourth Call for Applications, which closes on 18th March 2009.

Two seminars were held on: 28th January 2009 in Copenhagen, Denmark View this event...  4th February 2009 in Sundsvall, Sweden

The purpose of the event was to assist applicants in the development of a good quality application.

After a joint session in the morning, the event split into two parallel sessions, one for main and one for preparatory project applicants:

• Main project applicants were expected to have well developed project ideas by this stage. Their session was not aimed at project idea development, but rather at technical questions regarding the application procedure.
• For preparatory project applicants there was a special idea development workshop.

The seminar covered:

• NPP concepts, including added value, transnationality and triple helix;
• Application form and its different sections, such as project content, contribution to the NPP concepts, work packages and project budget;
• Avoiding pitfalls;
• Application procedure;

• An opportunity for questions.

The County Council of Västernorrland together with the County Administrative Board of Västernorrland have generously agreed to cover all conference fees. This means that participants only had to cover their travel and acommodation costs.
