This 1-day seminar is organised by the Northern Periphery Programme Secretariat in cooperation with the Managing Authority. It is being held as a back-to-back event with the NPP Annual Conference 2013 on 19th September at the same venue. This Lead Partner seminar focuses on ongoing main projects due to close during 2013 and 2014. Project are expected to bring their coordinators and finance managers. In addition, projects can bring local project partners located in Sweden, Finland and Norway. What can you expect from the event Lead Partners will informed about what is expected from them when closing an NPP project and what information should be provided in each of the 3 main templates: In preparation for the Lead partner seminar, participants are request to read Part III of the NPP Programme Manual "How to Close a project". In addition, projects will learn about the plans for simplification and harmonisation in the next Northern Periphery and Arctic Programme 2014-2020. At the end of the day, there will be an opportunity for projects to schedule meetings with their Desk Officer. For more details, please see the draft agenda. Registration Participation is by invitation only. Invitees will receive a personal link to the registration form. The deadline for registration is 15th August. Accommodation The Secretariat has pre-booked hotel rooms at the Scandic Hotel Skellefteå. The Scandic Hotel offers a special room rate for the NPP Annual Conference participants: 1340 SEK.
