It is very important that all project partners compile their Statements of Expenditure and submit these together with supporting evidence to their first level controllers no later than 1st of May 2010. Lead Partners are expected to make their partners aware of this.
The deadline for submitting the complete Progress Report to the Programme Secretariat is 16th of August 2010.

Note: Projects approved in the First, Second and Third Call should be aware that:
- The Activity Report template has been updated with additional questions 3.5 and 3.6. Question 3.1 Equal opportunities indicators: requires the listing accumulatively of any participants involved in the project activities (i.e. conference and workshop participants, collaboration partners, project partner participants and other persons directly involved with the project).
- The partner Statement of Expenditure has an additional question "Is the partner subject to organisational, national or European Union procurement regulations?"
- The FLC Certificate of Expenditure has an additional statement "All certified costs are eligible according to procurement regulations"
- The Project Claim has an additional question "Have all First Level Controllers certified that the expenditures are eligible according to procurement regulations?"
Please use the current reporting round templates and NOT previous templates that you have used in the past!
