As a consequence of updates to the Progress Report package, Part 2 of the Programme Manual: How to Implement an NPP Project was updated. 

Main changes:

• In chapter 3.3, a reference was added to a separate guidance document on how to request a change.
• In chapter 5.1, point 3, a reference was added to a new question in the Activity Report about the EU Baltic Sea Region Strategy and another question about the project's contribution to any other relevant international strategies.
• In chapter 7.3, a link was added to the website about the EU Baltic Sea Region Strategy and an e-mail address to the responsible officials for further information.
