The basic project idea is to strengthen economic and social sustainability and increase the competitiveness of the regions by innovative application of plastic greenhouses and emergency heating for the production of berries and other valuable plant food crops.
Specific objectives of the action are:
to develop innovative technologies for production of valuable plant crops.
to contribute to increased cultivation in cold regions through transfer of knowledge and technologies.
to establish interactive collaboration between all sectors of the knowledge and value gain in food production.
to build the basis for new employment opportunities in knowledge intensive and environmentally sustainable jobs.
