The main project will focus on the development of cereal products (food and drink products) from northern cereals. The project will speed up cereal utilisation and product development in the food and feed sectors and thus increase the value of cereals for farmers and companies. Knowledge will be transferred between areas. Markets will be analysed and resources and possible users identified. Guidelines will be published and new product development initiated within companies.
The preparatory project will establish the necessary connections and be the basis for a successful main project.
