MyHealth@Age aims to improve health and safety for elderly people living in urban and rural areas in the Northern Periphery region. Through co-operation with elderly people and Healthcare/Welfare Organizations requirements will be identified leading to implementation of new products and improved care delivery paradigms.  Anticipated functionality includes Mobile Safety Alarms, Prescribed Self Treatment and Context aware dynamic Social Networks. The new products and services will be evaluated and enhanced through consecutive field trials.
