Vacancy at the NPP Secretariat - Project Desk Officer

The Northern Periphery Programme Secretariat in Copenhagen is looking for a Project Desk Officer on a short-term contract. The contracting period is 1st December 2012 to end of June 2013.

The Project Desk Officer will be taking over some of the tasks of the existing NPP Secretariat staff, while they are involved in the preparations for a new Northern Periphery Programme 2014-2020.

The Project Desk Officer will be responsible for a portfolio of European projects funded by the Northern Periphery Programme. They will perform general tasks associated with this role, such as project monitoring and project development for preparatory projects. In addition, the Project Desk Officer will assist the Programme Manager for Information & Communication with the implementation and maintenance of the programme’s communication tools and event management.

Due to the short contracting period, secondment for this position is a possibility. Details related to secondment are negotiable.
