Northern Periphery Programme 2007-2013
Outcomes Lead Partner seminar
22nd February 2012
On 22nd February, the Programme Secretariat held a Lead Partner seminar at their Copenhagen offices. The event was attended by 11 people representing 6 NPP projects. The seminar was split up into a session for new project Lead Partners and one for ongoing projects due to close.

Unlike previous Lead Partner seminars, this seminar was not mandatory for ongoing projects, only for newly approved projects. However, the seminar offered an opportunity for those ongoing projects not present at the Alta LP seminar in September 2011 to learn about project closure. In addition, Lead Partners were encouraged to send other project representatives if they felt that this would help the partnership in their implementation.

Lead Partner seminars are normally organised after each round of new project decisions, as part of the NPP's proactive approach in project support. It has been noted in feedback from previously held seminars, that LP seminars are seen as beneficial in terms of learning about NPP administration and NPP project management.

All presentations are available on the event page. Lead Partners are encouraged to share this information with their partnerships.
