Northern Periphery Programme 2007-2013
Outcomes How to Apply Seminar
29th February 2012

On 29th February, the Programme Secretariat organised a How to Apply seminar at their Copenhagen offices in connection to the Strategic Project Call and Ninth Call for Main Projects. The event was attended by 14 people representing 7 project ideas. In connection to the How to Apply Seminar, both strategic and main project applicants were given the opportunity to have individual Project Development Clinics to discuss their project ideas with the Secretariat on 28th of February.

The NPP demonstrates excellence in terms of the proactive approach the programme takes in project development support and the development of themes that have strategic importance to the programme area. This is needed because there is not an abundance of organisations with the capacity to take part in or lead a European project in the NPP area. Any relevant project idea deserves a chance to be developed.

How to Apply seminars are normally organised at the start of a call for applications, as part of the NPP's proactive approach in project development support. The purpose of these seminars is to assist project applicants in the development of a high quality project application. The seminars are not aimed at project development, but rather aimed at technical questions regarding the NPP concepts, the application form and the application procedure.

Currently, both calls for applications are open until 2nd May 2012; the Strategic Project Call Spring 2012 and the Ninth Call for Main Projects. More information about the calls.

The presentations will be made available on the event page shortly.
