Project applicants should address one of the preparatory project call themes, which will be based on selected thematic objectives outlined in the draft regulations for the 2014-2020 period, to be decided on by the Programme Planning Group in November 2012, and will be the basis of the preparatory project call to be opened on 14th January 2013.

Requirements and Funding

• Preparatory projects allow partners to meet and discuss the drafting of main project applications.
• A minimum of 2 partners from 2 countries are required to apply for preparatory project funding.
• The maximum total budget for these preparatory project applications will be 45 000 EUR with a maximum grant of 27 000 EUR.
• All approved preparatory projects are expected to start 1st July 2013 and end 30th March 2014.

It is expected that approximately 10 preparatory projects will be funded.
